Full-Time
Design and direct each child's behavior intervention plan, track progress with data, and guide the BHTs and Mobile Therapists on the team.
The Role
What You'll Do
- Design and direct each child's behavior intervention plan
- Set goals and evaluate progress using data
- Guide and supervise BHTs and Mobile Therapists
- Work with families on the plan and its goals
Qualifications
- Master's in psychology, social work, counseling or human services
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License, or eligible to obtain one
